Two Tree Island

I was up way too early again and, despite the forecast, the weather was great. I decided to go to Two Tree Island, even though the dawn photo opportunities are usually limited there, as I hadn’t been for a while and thought I could get telephoto shot of the sun rising behind the end of Southend Pier. Whilst there I got so engrossed in taking this main shot I forgot about what I’d planned but took this extra anyway, despite it being a bit too late and not that good. Even more enocouraging is that the weather forecast is looking really great for next week too!
