Joanna and I had decided on a walk despite the weather, so we put on our waterproofs and set off around the village. We didn't want to miss out on our customary picnic, either, so used a handy bus shelter as the venue. Joanna had made raw date and pecan brownies this morning so I tested them out; I had brought a "Free From" hot cross bun for her to try :-).
