Who named purple purple?!?
I was thinking about colours in English today when I thought about this question. Why is purple called purple? It's obviously not named after someone unless they had a stupid name like Barbara purple-stick, SILLY! It goes for any colour! So, if you have an answer please tell me coz I'm feeling blue!...!
