Bottling time

Well today saw me bottling apricots and a few apples so am well pleased
Tinned apricots are hopeless and being one of my favourite fruits I always like to get a few done. Now that there is just me I don’t have to do so many.
Talked to my friend in Texas today it seems the weather is easing where they are and they only lost their power for eight hours and the snow is melting
First covid injections in NZ today so hope all goes well
