Swamp runner

That's what came to mind as I saw this photo. The timing of my walk on the wetlands was a bit off; I thought the fog would be lifting by then, but not so. I heard Sandhill Cranes, and flapping wings of water birds, but did not see much. Some other walkers asked if the "huge" coyote they had just seen had been named yet?? I did not see it. Most of the fields were still covered in snow. I love walking there!
