Swimming Pool
The Park Hyatt isn’t being used as a quarantine hotel, which is probably good for their brand. Apparently people like to associate 5-star hotels with luxury rather than police surveillance, food in brown paper bags and windows that don’t open.
Today a few paying guests were enjoying the rooftop swimming pool, situated directly below the pedestrian walkway on the Harbour Bridge. It looks nice but there’s no privacy. I almost dropped my phone.
This is number 365. I still love the insights into everyday lives around the world, the amazing talent of so many Blippers and, now, especially, the maps. The friends I’ve met, and you know who are, don’t seem virtual at all.
Have a great weekend everyone!
