Vegan or not?

E and I regularly exchange photos of our daily treats. (Covid saddos).

Today I sent this one. A joint venture. Mr B’s salad, with my addition of diced fennel and carrot shavings.

E Whatsapped “good idea, smoked salmon salad, not vegan”.

Now notice the peeler has created ridges on the carrots, and it does resemble salmon.

Not much else to say. Woke up tired, and try to have a snooze in the afternoon. Probably the weather. Simply grey.
