Great fun .... when you're a youngster!

Submerged in the puddle there is a scooter. This toddler was having the greatest fun scooting backwards and forwards trying to make the biggest splashes possible while his mother and I tried to walk as carefully as possible through the standing water. There was no point trying to walk on the adjacent grass as it was just a muddy mess.

I was supposed to be Poppy walking but owing to appalling weather today the walk has been postponed till tomorrow .... might well be a wellie walk for me if things don't improve.
