a punch for the first of the month. And no return. Is how it used to go when I was young.

Saw this gull this morning on a neighbour's bedroom window sill. It was there for about ten minutes muttering to itself and butting it's reflection with it's beak. I don't think the neighbours were in or it would have sounded like a burglar trying to break in!
