I can still smell beautiful Sicily and growing lemon and orange trees everywhere.
I also think of Etna that erupted very recently and I can just remember walking on the black ash and smelling the air while we were visiting one summer ... and I think of Erice and beautiful old town that you can only visit on foot or get by gondola ... having that little espresso and some sweets in the cafe outside soaking all that glorious, healing sun rays :)
Its really worth coming back one day ...
