Meet Calamari SHANARRI!

Couldn’t resist a photo of this lovely guy today. My mum knitted and sewed him as part of my neighbour’s call to help with a church initiative for kids. Apparently you’re looking at a ‘well-being octopus’! Yes, you heard that right!...

Each of his legs carries a word: Safe, Healthy, Achieving, Nurtured, Active, Respected, Responsible and Included. These are used to help kids to learn and understand about wellbeing.

Anyway, I thought he was kinda cute!
