Watched the Mars 2020 NASA project safely land. Very impressed by the number of women in the team and being interviewed / presenting .
A day of batch cooking - still getting through our pumpkin glut, which have stored extremely well overall. There was a small loss on some of the little ones in the shed, the very big ones on the sunny window sill have gone slightly watery bit are still fine tasting and the ones in the top bedroom stored with light but no heat are still perfect. They’ve made good gifts and been traded too, it’s been a pleasure to give them ( when wanted of course)! Some friends have looked in horror when I’ve offered another, confessing to not having even started the last one yet , I have to remind myself that not everyone loves em . Haha
