Still Here

The day after. 

I had made no plans in case yesterday's vaccination caused a reaction. I had a mild one after the flu vaccination in the autumn and a more robust one after a yellow fever vaccination a few years ago. 

Anyway, nothing has happened so far. The result has been a day doing little things around the house, close to the paracetamol and duvet in case needed. It gave me an opportunity to think about what I can do with my holiday next week. The choices are not thrilling, but that's the way it is right now. 

The advice was 48 hours after vaccination is the latest a reaction is likely to present itself, and I am getting close to the 36 hour mark.   

I decided a wee nightcap would be OK, and opted for a Georgian version.
