Homemade Bakewell Tart

After seeing my great Niece's showing their cooking today made me jump into action to make my very first Bakewell Tart.
I used to love the little Bakewell Tart's you buy in the shop's, but not had one in ages since going from a Vegetarian Diet to a Vegan Diet & my daughter has done the shopping for a year now.
