Taking a shadow for a walk

If there's any connection between reaction to the vaccine and antibody production I'm well on the way to immunity. The glorious sun helped me surface and get out mid-afternoon.

Edit: When I was feeling useless this morning I suddenly had a craving for brazil nuts. Odd, as I very rarely crave a particular food. I didn't have any in the house so that was that but this evening I looked them up. Of course the internet correlates everything with everything but it seems that brazil nuts are high in selenium which is important for the immune system. I wonder...
