Shells

Just some shells I found on the beach at St Andrews yesterday.
Today I have not left the house. I feel grotty. Wakened at 3.30 with stomach cramps and the consequences. Then headache started and sore muscles and sore throat.
If I didn’t know better I would say I was coming down with flu. But, since I got my Covid vaccination yesterday I’m pretty sure this is just the result of that. So, I will feel better in a couple of days, thank goodness.
In the meantime Geordie is doing a very poor job of looking after me. I obviously left that step out of his training. No cups of tea or “There There”. In fact, no sympathy at all. I’m just getting looks of disgust.
