St George’s, Beckenham

This church means a lot to me.
It’s where my first husband played the organ when I met him.
It’s where he had his funeral.
It’s where I’ve sung and rung.
It’s where I was married to my second husband.
Churches go through life with you for all the ups and downs. I found that hard at first but now it feels right.
