Beginner to Trader

I'm getting a bit fazed with crochet and knitting, even tough I have loads of projects to do. Talking to a friend inspired me to revisit embroidery. I decided to see if I could do Florentine (aka bargello I think)  So looked on You Tube, bought a book and ordered some canvas from Amazon. I already have wool aplenty and needles. SO, Amazon have let me down. No canvas has arrived, it's "delayed" !!   
So I found this hessian and did my first stitches on that. The hessian is very uneven and difficult to work on, but it's practice.
So after doing this small piece, in he comes and says "Oh! Will you embroider a Saltire for me please to wear on my sponsored walk"
So from beginner to business woman in one afternoon!!  Unbelievable!
