Cyfarchion ar Dydd Gwyl Dewi!

Greetings on Saint David's Day!

It had to be daffodils on St. David's Day, these sweet little flowers in their lovely daffodil pot were a gift from my dear friend Mrs Toad, thank you!

The Welsh Lady has been my family for a very long time. My dear aunt gave her to me a few years ago and told me that it had belonged to my maternal grandfather who took her everywhere with him.

MrD has been telling me all week that March the first was the first day of Spring, and it certainly has been. Warmer than last few days, blue skies and a pleasant enough day. I haven't been out much though, busy tidying the garage and finishing the sewing jobs!

There is an old belief that if March comes in like a lamb then it will go out as a lion, let's not look forward too much to the Easter weekend then!

I hope the weather is dry over the weekend and that everyone goes out to enjoy it! :-) x
