Spring....y Waves!

Had a long walk today, my head still isn't right between migraines, dull headaches, not getting much sleep and too many thoughts whirling around inside it, it needed some open space and fresh air, so went out along the beach to sit and watch the waves and clear my head for a bit.

It's been a glorious sunny spring day - the start of new beginnings?
