Pancake Day

Pancake Day otherwise known as Shrove Tuesday.

Today at work we bought some scotch pancakes and served them with either golden syrup or chocolate spread. They were lovely.

In the evening I made myself some. I did one eggs worth of mixture and that made 3. I was fairly full after 2 but it seemed silly to leave the leftover mixture!

Photo above is of white chocolate, flaked almonds and raspberry pancake. The other 2 I had were simple lemon and sugar. They were all delicious.
