Sunset

...in the ‘hood on an otherwise icky day.

I’m not used to overcast, ominous skies which we had all day. I’m also not a fan of super high winds; however, I don’t mind them too much if they bring rain with them. Today we weren’t that fortunate. By sunset the clouds began to lift in patches. This was one of the patches: to the north.

I’m not going to complain because there’s a lot of winter suffering in many parts of the country. Spring is right around the corner, and other than dreading the miserable allergies it brings, the thought of witnessing nature’s renewal is exciting.
