Here we go again – Day 44

First thing this morning we went for an hour long walk to 'Braidburn Valley Park' to look for 'Mr Otter'. We couldn't find him. That's hardly surprising considering 'Edinburgh Live' reported that he was there, so the whole world has been out looking for him. He's probably retreated back to where otters live. Actually where do otters live?

I got very muddy looking for him, so this afternoon, on my walk, Ann wanted to keep me clean. She was also very fed up, so she messaged her 'support bubble' and said, 'If I walk over to you this afternoon with a bottle of wine, would you like to share it with me?'

Ann's 'support bubble' goes out even less than Ann does At least Ann went to the supermarket this morning so obv she was happy for us to pop round. We sat in Susi's kitchen because Missy & Freddie (the cats) were in the living room and bedroom. They're always in the living room and bedroom but normally when Ann goes to see her 'support bubble' she doesn't take me with her because after all, it's the cats home, and even if I'm just in the kitchen they can probably smell that I've been there and that's not very fair for them is it? However, sometimes the humans just need a bit of human contact!!!!!

The humans drank the bottle of wine, and then we came home.

My human couldn't have been that drunk when she got home could she?......................... She's fed me, made a Shepherds Pie and is now watching Coronation Street??!!

.................Oh and this is a photo of me lying on Susi's kitchen floor licking the oven glove.  Oven gloves are very tasty things to lick??!!!!!
