coming through

Laney and I came upon a group of bucks this morning, of which three were locking their antlers. Of course by the time I got my camera up, they had disengaged. So we stood there for a while hoping for another action shot. But this is not the action we expected! Poor Laney strained at the leash, and once I got the shot we took off.
