Infrared Montage

I thought I would try a little infrared photography today as I knew in winter time without a lot of the foliage on the trees which produce the wonderful light tones in infrared photography the images would look very different. I also wanted to show some tree images in honour of Joe Tree who was the founder of this excellent site, Blipfoto. Over the last three or four years some members of Blipfoto have been celebrating this date as Joe Tree Day by blipping lots of photos of trees. Do feel feee to join in. I quite liked the drama of the road image as the road has darkened and created a lovely contrast with the delicate tones of the trees, particularly the silver birch trees.
