Thanks to Joe Tree, from me.

We went to Waitrose this morning, and J stayed in the car while I did the shopping on my own. I was quicker, but I will be glad when we can shop together again. I wanted to take part in the challenge for today and say thank you to Joe Tree, who I can honestly say has changed my life, for the better. I know it can sometimes be a pain trying to find a blip every day, especially when you can't leave the house, but on the whole it keeps me focused , and when you are feeling down, like I have been recently, my blip friends have sent me words of advice & encouragement, which really do mean a lot. So thanks to Joe Tree, and to all my blip friends.
