An annual treat!
This is a picturesque corner of the Foveran Parish Church glebe with drifts of snowdrops that may well have been there for a century or more. Two days ago they were under a foot of snow.
A glebe is a piece of land serving as part of a clergyman's benefice and providing income. The term comes from the Latin gleba, glaeba meaning clod, land or soil.
