Lucky Shot

I looked out the window and just the right moment and caught two new ducks I haven't seen before and snapped them just a few seconds before they got into the water.  I believe they're American Wigeons.  They're cute, fat little guys, a male with a white forehead and the female who's all browinsh.  I hope they come around again and get a little closer.  

Most of our snow is gone, pretty typical for us.  It snows for a day or two and then melts quickly.  Fine with me.  It's been cold though, and I'm sure we'll have more snow.
