One for the farmers

Yes. It does rain in Paradise and today was one to ensure the continuing greenness of the island of flowers.

The photo shows the area in front of the hotel where we can swim in the sea (but note the red flag).

No problem though. We caught the number 2 bus up to the shops and explored. Among other bits and pieces, I managed to find the discontinued YSL foundation that occasionally surfaces. (Last discovery was in Las Palmas).

We went to Bruno's restaurant for a snack. He used to be one of the managers at our hotel but he opened his own restaurant. Wonderful food. Well, we did end up relaxing and totally overeating there and he very kindly drove us back through the rain.

Rain is also forecast for Sunday - the day of the Festa de Anona (Custard Apple Festival).
