There It Is.....!!!

First month of the Temperature Blanket complete...January done..!!!!
And I can see a major change in what I have recorded for Feb so far ....
And my extra is for the day that is in it....Pancakes with bananas and maple flavored toffee sauce...and of course a squeeze of lemon juice.
I make the fluffy light American Style pancakes with buttermilk as my hubby prefers them ...I think I prefer the crepes!!
Anyway happy Shrove Tuesday and I hope you all enjoyed your pancakes...however you like them..!!
