Ski patrol!

After works some excersicing. I decided to go skiing, as the weather was so lovely - 8c and sunny.

I took this ski patrol with me only, as hubby was working and our daughter left to Helsinki. Some appointments again there.

3,5km route only. I had fun. Feeling of cold fresh air felt good to breathe - it is almost as good as jogging - but skiing moves felt good in shoulders too. My knees seemed to manage the task, but I took meds to cover my good night sleep...
