Mardi Gras

I think that after stuffing our faces with loads of pancakes, we’ll all be tres gras or grasse in my case! Mr P’s apple pancakes were particularly yummy. Last day of sugar (refined) for me until Easter. I’ll have to look out my sackcloth. It’s going to be tough.
Teams meetings and Zoom training today. I had Teams connection issues. Made it out for a bracing lunchtime walk with Carole. Felt far more springlike.
