Doing pancake day right. 5 pancakes, alternating maple syrup and Nutella. With a side of bacon and banana slices!

Spent 2 hours on the phone today with the bank finalising the mortgage offer. Thankfully the person on the other end was very friendly and it was, as much as it can be, an enjoyable call!
