A cross country skiing day

The snow which came yesterday was good for the ski trails. We packed our (my) backpack with our lunch pack and some extra warm clothes and started out in the the morning. The temperature was comfortable around 4 C below. We didn`t need the extra clothes. We didn`t see the sun either. However, that was ok because this was most probably the reason why we did see just a very few skiers. Felt the luxury of freedom and silence in the ski trails.  The cabin on the extra is unmanned and locked. We have the key to unlock and go in, lit the fireplace or stay overnight in our sleeping bags. This was not our plan today. I had to reach a Zoom meeting in the evening. Extra shows Mrs B shooting a phone picture of me which she might have sent to her friends.
