Coralberry

This tiny little berry is still clinging to the pin thin branch. It has survived snowfalls, extreme frost, wind and rain but it now looks a bit like a deflating balloon.

I blipped it previously on a very frosty day in January not expecting that it would still be there nearly a month later

A bright morning with spells of sunshine accompanied by a fairly brisk wind. The loch hasn't completely de-iced yet but it shouldn't be too long before the birds can paddle freely.
