........from Amsterdam?

A decent night, not so many interruptions :-)
We didnt wake properly until around 8ish.
Switched the boiler back to timer mode now its not so cold during the night

Breakfast in bed, hub wanted to catch up on the cricket......replays on so obvious what the outcome was :-/

We were up and ready before 10.30 this morning. Hub decided to hoover the inside of the car, whilst I was busy indoors.

Hub continues to feel pretty good, but had a bit of earache yesterday so a trip to Boots for something to sort it, as what we had was slightly out of date....2015!!! He also said he fancies a decent pizza for dinner this evening, picked up a couple when we went out late morning .......we werent going to have coffee today, but as we were out ;- )

Our top road is closed with diversions again, being dug up in exactly the same position as a few months ago.....why they cant get these things sorted at the first attempt I'll never know! It means that daughter has quite a detour to drop off our shopping.....as we were already out, we called to hers to pick up our groceries.

Once back home we had something for lunch that neither of us has had for years....that hub has had a craving for, spam! In a sandwich with brown sauce, we enjoyed it too lol!

A few other jobs this afternoon, hub used the hand held vac to do inside the new shutters.
I rummaged in the garage for some screen wash, found it eventually....a job for tomorrow now. I got my camera out and had a play around with my now slightly past their best white tulips....thought the black marble would make a nice reflective background, pleased with the outcome, especially love how the pollen is flecked on the surface :-)

I am going to have soy salmon with stir fried veg and noodles for my dinner, hubs a bit off fish ar the moment ;-)

Weathers been quite mild again, a little rain late afternoon, even so, I noticed it was still light at 5.15pm :-))

Its been nice not to having any appointments for a few days.......a bit more normality :-)
