I’ve got a sticker!

Today we had our first Covid vaccination.  I’d been tipped off on here on Sunday that they were available to our age group so we booked them on the NHS website.  We then got a phone call from our surgery on Monday saying we could book an appointment through them but we stuck with the ones we’d already booked even though it was a little further to drive.

We’re both feeling quite tired and a little bit headachey now, which I assume is mild side effects from the vaccine.  It’s either that or the excitement of being in a room with and talking to a lot of other people, even if they did want to stick needles in me!
