Sun on snowdrops

A long muddy walk up to the top of the hill with N this morning. We went a bit off piste and had to clamber up through the trees. The view from the top was great so that we could see up the coast at least to Hartlepool. The sun was shining and we felt quite warm after our climb anyway.

The sun is now setting and as the snow has gone I can see the snowdrops flowering in the garden properly.
