Going Dutch ....

Having made beetroot pancakes for Valentines, I had to try a different recipe for today. 

I went savoury, inspired (loosely) by Dutch style pancakes enjoyed on visits to my sister's.

Not sure how authentic they were but they were lekker.

Tuesday is learning day: poetry group I morning and Gaelic class this afternoon. 

Later on we will continue our journey through Call My Agent and thoroughly enjoying it. Each episode features real French actors playing (a parody of) themselves - I wonder how it would work if set in UK or US ?
