Full up and full on

The usual babysitting opportunity - but extended! The wee one begins part time at nursery in a few weeks and we're on the rota for an afternoon a week. A whole afternoon. That’ll take a bit of energy, so the daughter very kindly arranged a taster session. I can report that indeed it does, though the wee one is an enjoyable little mite to have around. She even ate all her lunch, though at this point I think we could tell it was over.
Later, we were so wiped we couldn’t face fighting our way through Santa Barbara, but we recovered sufficiently post-meal to watch episode four of zerozerozero which is an impressively huge production, with a terrific soundtrack by Mogwai. Did I mention we’d got a soundbar?
