railroad insulator

Niki and I were walking around town looking for something to blip. As we went down the street our neighbor Tom and his dog Pooper, yes that is what he calls his dog, were outside. Well Niki and Pooper are like best friends, so as the two of them are chewing on each other, Tom starts pointing out his collection of railroad stuff. So here is my blip for the day.
