Gnocchi
I sometimes find myself in strange situations. Today I had to fill in for my wife who signed up for an online cooking course fundraiser for the Daily Bread Food Bank with her pals. It was a little stressful as they went kinda fast and it was hard to keep up - mostly because I doubled the recipe so that I could freeze some. Tasted pretty good - quite light, which is what you want apparently. They raised $40,000.00 for the food bank from people all over the world - and that tasted pretty good too.
