Poached Eggs with Spinach

Sautéed spinach with poached eggs and tomato powder, avocado pasta with olive oil and garlic, hard Jack cheese, and olives. Wine: Andrew Murray Viognier 2019.

This was an excellent dinner. The avocado pasta was the frozen second half of a batch I made recently.
