Poor Amelie was not well last night. She was a bit off when we put her to bed, feeling hot but saying she was cold and then everytime I went through to use the toilet she was awake. Eventually at 9.30 I decided to go to bed early, and bring her in with me so I could keep an eye on her. We were in bed for about half an hour when she told me that it was her dinner (which she hadn't actually eaten) that was bad and she was quite upset so we rushed to the toilet where she was sick. I was one impressed Mummy that she told me in time and made it there! Into the bath for a quick warm up and change of PJs and back to bed with towels, hot water bottle and a bowl. She was sick once more and then fell asleep for the night. Whilst getting back into bed after that I managed to do something to my already sore pelvis and consequently I didn't get very much sleep.

Needless to say, we have not done much today at all. Amelie has managed to eat a breadstick, a cracker and a cereal bar and drink a few cups of water. She has also had calpol and perked up a bit but was still really tired and has just fallen asleep.

Think it will be another bath when she wakes up, another fresh pair of PJs and more snuggles.

Baby can definitely stay put today!
