Blue 'n' white

Oh what a beautiful morning, blue skies, sunshine, bird song and a walk with my lovely friend L.  6 days' later she’s emerging from her 3rd chemo session after having a breast removed a few weeks ago.  She hasn't been too well after this session but as soon as she feels she can cope she texts 'Walk'? and off we go.  She's so brave and battles on once the worst effects of the chemo are over -  and when I feel sorry for myself for no good reason, lose my mojo etc it is L I think of and I very quickly get a grip.
