The Frenchman's House

A warm and sunny morning later turned to murk, but I have dug over half the polytunnel (it actually got too hot in there to work!), reclaimed the blackcurrants from bracken and briars, and cleared around a daffodil area. Wrecked.

I had to nip down to Kicrohane briefly  - all clear when I left home and by the time I arrived ( a 4 minute journey) there was hail and all sorts going on.  I stopped to admire the Frenchman's house - empty for as long as we've been here, said to belong to a mysterious Frenchman and  perched up high in a great position looking over the lake and sea. It blends in so well too.

I'm now tracking St Gobnait's journey with aplomb - she stopped in at least 20 different places according to place names and folklore.  Fascinating, I will of course keep you informed.

Thank you for all the concern for Will, no news yet.
