Valentine rose

Our day got off to a good start with an excellent streamed morning service, marking Transfiguration Sunday, with uplifting music, and the message was presented by the Resident Bishop of the West Ohio Conference, who is an excellent speaker. We hadn’t long finished watching that, when Laura called, and we had quite a long chat with her. It was another grey, bitterly cold day, so I decided to stay in for the rest of the day. In the evening, I fixed us a roast chicken dinner, with shrimp cocktail as a starter. For my blip, I chose one of the roses from the bouquet Roger had bought me yesterday.
