Gnocco Fritto
Our first full day back in Nerja. However the evening's meal was definately Italian. A first for me Gnocco Fritto. Small strips of dough are placed in hot oil which puffs out the pastry. Simple. You then add whatever filling you like. My favourite was the spicy chorizo. Lovely!
