Back in Time
Weather was a bit pants today. But as I'm taking part in this month challenge of exercise with work I was determined to do something. So I returned to my shielding exercise, putting my rucksack on and climbing up and down the stairs. 100 times is not bad.
Today I am thankful for:
1. The delicious Rosemary bread I made yesterday
2. Shielding exerise
