Luckily my husband smiled at the card I got him which read: ‘at this stage it’s easier to keep you than train a replacement!’ I’m such a romantic eh?

Horrible outside so it’s an inside kind of a day. Watching Ireland v France playing rugby on TV, while doing my Arabic homework, and most impressed that the ref is speaking both English and French!

Daughter has been having fun in the kitchen doing some online bake-a-long thing with her school friends, the result of which are these froggy lemon cupcakes! Taste divine and seem quite appropriate for St Valentine’s Day! I certainly kissed a few frogs before finding my ‘prince’ maybe you have too?!
